Organic extra virgin olive oil “Buža Olea Prima” from the Stancija Falaš location north of Vodnjan and Male’-Servole location west of Vodnjan is a product of the indigenous Vodnjan varieties – the buža vodnjanska and buža puntoža varieties. “Buža Olea Prima” is a clear oil of a yellow-gold color and a strong fruity flavor and the aroma of apples, olives, artichokes, and in some vintages the aroma of dried fruits. The flavors are well rounded, bitter and spicy. It is versatile and can be used with a range of appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts.
